Toasted yummy-nummy, hot, fresh, crunchy healthy Italian sandwich glee.

Our PLANS:

Jackman Joe has indeed, taken on a Panini Machine. It is a machine, meant for warming anything that needs to be warmed & adding a crunch to anything that may need a bit of freshening. We plan on using it for sandwiches, but we have considered desserts and pastries as well.....just give us time!

January 2006:
Panini sandwiches are now, made to order right here at Jackman Joe!
We put together, with a small local italian restaurant Vitis Enoteca www.vitisenoteca.com, a selection of delicious sandwiches.

Jackman Joe will SERVE UP

3 unique toasted fresh herb & produce & roasted meat sandwiches!

Starting January 9th, we'll have the following selections:

# 1 ~ Oven Roasted Turkey Breast w/ Fontina Cheese, Sundried Tomato & Lettuce!
# 2 ~ Grilled Eggplant, Roasted Peppers, Fresh Mozzarella, w/Olive Tapenade!
# 3 ~ Chefs Choice: Weekly there will be a choice of fresh grilled or slow simmered meats & organic fresh seasonal ingredients.

The importance isn't on the sandwich, it's on you. Come by and make yourself happier in the New Year. It's an overall good thing to eat well & love on your local coffeeshop.
